The Institution caters to the education needs of the students belonging to the nearby approachable area depending upon the availability of seats in various streams.

There are four classes which are being run in the school viz, IX, X, XI and XII. Admission to class IX is open to all the students who have passed their middle class examination through middle standard Board of Education Department. However an elementary, test is given by Principal to the Scholar at the time of seeking admission for achieving the genuine standard of education.

Admission to the class X is restricted for the outsiders as the institution prepares only its pass students.

Admission to class XI is open to all the students who have qualified Matriculation Examination from this Institution. The remaining seats are filled up by the outsiders, residing in the nearby localities as per criteria fixed from time to time by the Department and the Institution.

DATE OF ADMISSION OF STUDENTS

The admission of students to 9th Class shall start within one week after the declaration of M.S.E. result and last as long as the seats are completely filled up.

Admission to the student of XI and XII shall start after the 7th Day and end on the 14th Day after the declaration of the result of the qualifying Examination. The admission is closed as soon as the seats are filled up. Late fee is charged as per rules circulated by J&K State Board of Education from time to time :

No one shall be admitted to the school after the expiry of one calender month from the last date precribed or regular admission with proper approval of the Chairman of J&K State Board of School Education.

The candidate who fail in the Board Exam, are not eligible for re-admission. The candidate who has fallen short of lectures on account of unavoidable circumstances will be allowed to complete his lectures or seek re-admission under rules. No student with a hoary past is to be admitted in the school under any circumstances what so ever.

Student should present himself personally for admission to the school along with the parents and should apply for the same on printed Admission from which can be had from the office. Every student is required to produce the following documents at the time of admission.

• School leaving Certificate (showing the date of Birth) in Original.
• Character Certificate to be issued by the head of the Institution last attended in original.
• Marks Certificate (original along with attested true copy).
• Written declaration to the effect that he is joining the school with the permission of his father / guardian.
• Four Passport Size Photographs.
• Proof of residence as per ration card.

Students joining the school are required to give an under taking that they will not take part in any nefarious activities under any pretex what so ever.

Any body after admission found indulging in any undesirable activity inside or outside the institution will be expelled from the school. The Principal will be the sole authority in this direction whose decision will be final and binding.

Course of Study and combination in different streams allowed. For Class IX and X.

The following shall be the subjects of the study for the 9th and 10th classes :

• First Language English
• Second language Urdu / Hindi
• Mathematics
• Science
• Social Science

OPTIONAL :

Any of the following language can be offered as an additional / optional subject Hindi / Sanskrit / Punjabi / Dogri / Urdu.
