Certificates shall be issued on receipt of applications from the students duly recommended by the Form Teacher. Application will be entered only during the school working hours. |

The application will be considered incomplete if it lack “No Demand” certificate from the Librarian, l/C games, NCC l/C (Both wings) lab. l/c and Tr. l/c. |
| 3. |
The application should be submitted at least three working days in advance of the date on which the certificate is required. |
School issues the following certificates :

a) Provisional Certificate
b) Qualification Certificate |

Character Certificate |

Marks Certificate in Original |

Date of Birth Certificate, Duplicate copy of School leaving Certificate is issued only when an affidavit attached with the application |
