The School Library at present has a collection of about 30,000 books on various subjects Books are issued on the production of Library Card obtained on request by the scholars. Reference books are not to be issued at all. Library remains open for the students during summer vacation and winter break as well. Books are issued to the students only for 15 days. The students keeping books with them for more than prescribed period are fined @ Re 1 per day.

Students appearing in the Board Examination shall surrender their Library Cards to the Librarian before receiving Roll. No. Slip.

Any person, who loses or returns a defaced or blotted book or has in any way damaged a book shall be liable to pay an amount not less than the double cost of the book when it belongs to a set or series and unless he can replace it, he shall be liable to pay the cost of the whole set.

Talking or disturbance of any kind is not allowed in the Library.

Periodicals shall not be issued except for consultation in the library premises. All books should be returned to the library every year at the end of academic session.

Sleeping, smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited in the Library. Text books are also lent for the entire session to the meritorious but poor students who cannot afford to purchase new books.
